REFUND POLICY

All PB Results products require a return authorization from , which can be obtained by contacting PB Results Support. According authorization for between Parties, the customer may return the goods back to PB Results for pre-agreed return value, which in this case will reduce the customers payment obligations towards PB Results. Responsible for the costs of transportation for return of the products is that Party who returns the goods. The delivery must be accompanied with a return bill of lading in which following information must be indicated:

1. name of the person, with whom the return has been agreed upon;
2. reason for returning;
3. correct name and quantity of the goods;
4. number of the PB Results bill of lading or invoice;
5. the number of the Order. The return will be accepted only goods, which are suitable for resale and are in the manufacturer's original packaging.

ORDERS

If you purchase a product through this Website, PB Results will ship it on such terms and conditions that we may disclose to you at the time of your purchase. We do not guarantee any shipping service and delivery time. We will, however, make every attempt to dispatch the product as soon as possible after you place your order. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of the product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid. Order can be made in EUR or USD currency. Invoice in USD will be done according USD/EUR exchange rate by the day of order is placed.

DELIVERY TIMES & SHIPPING

Delivery times may vary depending on where you are in the world but you can usually depend on seeing your items in 2 to 10 days from the time you placed your order and as long as your order is in stock. If PB Results cannot fulfill your order or if certain products from your order are not available until a later date, then you will be informed about your estimated delivery date. Manufacuring time can take up to 4-6 weeks.

PAYMENT TERMS & PRICING POLICY

Deliveries to Europe will be charged applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). If customer have valid VAT payer number, VAT will be automatically deducted (where applicable) from products. All the prices are net prices and include the actual Latvian VAT (21% as of Oct 2015). We will process your payment immediately when you insert your payment details in the purchase payment page. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. For deliveries to US/CANADA/INTERNATIONAL VAT will be automatically deducted (where applicable) from products dispatched to non-EU countries. The deduction will be made before payment is collected. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent PB Results will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of any unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when ordering from our website.

WARRANTY

Warranty period is 1 year. If noncompliance of the goods with quality requirements and/or technical specifications is found, the customer immediately sends to PB Results a written notice indicating the incompliance or defect of goods included in the Order, the number of the Order and number of bill of lading, adding a non-compliant / defective goods. PB Results consider the customers notice within the shortest possible period of time and inform the customer whether the notice is justified. If the notice is justified, the PB Results inform the customer about replacement of the non-compliant / defective product or reimbursement of the value of goods. The goods delivered by PB Results are covered by the effective warranty of quality in the extent and term as specified by the manufacturer of the goods. The expiry of the warranty term is determined counting from the day of handing over the goods to the customer, however, the warranty shall be effective only when the Client has complied with all of its payment obligations against PB Results.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES

Please check your items immediately after receiving them to make sure they haven’t been damaged or stolen during shipping. If they have, please send us an email at info@paintballresults.com You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged, stolen and/or lost shipments.
